Making Dental Care Affordable and Accessible

At Creswick Dental Centre, we believe everyone deserves quality dental care without unnecessary financial stress. We understand that treatment costs can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we offer a range of options to help make your care more manageable.

We accept all Heath Funds & Insurance Cover and various payment methods. Please call us today if you have any questions about payment options.

Here are some ways we support you:

  • Reasonable Fees: Many of our patients tell us that our fees are significantly lower than what they’ve paid elsewhere — and that they appreciate both the value and the care they receive here.
  • Flexible Payment Plans: We work with trusted providers to offer interest-free or low-interest payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment over time.
  • Upfront Cost Estimates: Before starting any treatment, we provide clear, written estimates so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.
  • Bulk Billing for Eligible Patients: If your child is eligible, you may be able to access $1132 worth of treatment.  Speak to us for more information
  • Have you considered accessing your Super: SuperCare is a trusted industry superannuation operator with direct access to the ATO.  This can make accessing your super a seamless experience.  A referral from us can get the ball rolling.
  • Tailored Treatment Options: We discuss different approaches that can fit both your health needs and your budget, so you can make informed choices without feeling rushed.
  • Emergency Care Options: For urgent dental issues, we aim to provide effective solutions that won’t break the bank, helping you get back to feeling your best quickly.

If you have any questions about costs, insurance, or payment options, just ask — we’re happy to talk things through. Our team is here to make sure your care is clear, fair, and tailored to you.

Consent Process Policy

IIt is important to us and to our patients that all our patients understand their options and all of the ways that their dental needs can be met.

We want our patients to understand the costs of treatment as best as can be predicted and the nature of the treatment along with the risks and likely outcomes of treatment.

This means that we have a consent process that involves the essential aspects of consent- being.

  1. An explanation of the costs in writing.
  2. An explanation of the options for treatment in writing.
  3. An explanation of the cost of inaction.
  4. An explanation expected outcomes and potential unexpected outcomes of treatment.
  5. An opportunity for patients to ask questions to their satisfaction; and
  6. An opportunity for us to be sure that patients understand their clinical needs and decisions.

Costs are important to be disclosed for all and any treatment and it is important that the nature of the treatment is well understood by all of our patients.

We ask that all patients ask questions of us about the treatment before during and after the treatment so that we can communicate effectively and make sure that any treatment provided is undertaken with appropriate knowledge and understanding by our patients.

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
