Dr Constantine Noer, BDS, Adel
Dr Costa Noer has worked in dentistry and dental technology for nearly 30 years and is proud to serve the Creswick community and surrounding areas. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2014, building on a strong foundation in clinical dental technology gained through his postgraduate studies at the University of Otago (NZ). More recently, he broadened his skills in implant dentistry by completing a postgraduate diploma through the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology in the UK.
Dr Costa brings a calm, thoughtful approach to dentistry, combining clinical skill with an understanding of the technical aspects of restorative and implant work. He continues to invest in ongoing professional development to stay current with modern techniques and technology.
Above all, Dr Costa is known for being a careful listener who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to understand their concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and work with them to develop plans that feel right for their needs and comfort. Patients often say they feel heard, respected, and well looked after - something Dr Costa considers the heart of good dentistry.
Jodie Conn
Practice Manager
Having called Creswick home for more than 30 years, Jodie has a strong connection to the local community - and the feeling is mutual. Over the years, she has raised her family here, run her own business, and completed her nursing degree at Federation University.
After graduating, Jodie worked in high-pressure roles at Ballarat Base Hospital, where she earned the respect and trust of colleagues through her knowledge, dedication and calm presence.
At Creswick Dental Centre, Jodie brings warmth and professionalism to every patient interaction - whether she's on the phone, welcoming you at the front desk, or assisting chairside. Her caring nature, attentive listening, and reassuring manner help create a relaxed and supportive environment for both patients and staff. She’s also known for her quick wit and infectious laugh, which regularly brings smiles to the clinic.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys healthy cooking, beach walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Shepherd Van Leest
Dental Nurse
A proud Creswick local, Shepherd brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine passion for dental care to our team. After exploring a career in hospitality, he joined the clinic to “give it a go” - and quickly discovered he loved every aspect of dental nursing, especially connecting with patients and helping them feel at ease.
Shepherd is now studying Dental Assisting in Bendigo and brings the same dedication to his learning as he does to patient care - often spotted studying and jotting down notes during his breaks!
Known for his calm, reassuring nature (and his legendary home-baked cookies), Shepherd creates a positive atmosphere in the clinic.
When he’s not in the clinic, Shepherd keeps busy exploring his artistic side - creating beautiful paintings and drawings. He’s also known for his good-natured humour and the delicious cookies he bakes using home-grown veggies from his garden.
